The debut of Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 gives us a clearer picture of the Gorgon Point series architecture: a continuation of the Zen 5, RDNA 3.5, XDNA 2 formula with core counts unchanged, incorporating mid-cycle updates through frequency modulation, cache expansion, and enhanced NPU computational power. Those looking to upgrade their ultrathin or high-end business laptops in the near future might not notice significant day-to-day impact.
