Intel is set to release the Arrow Lake-S Core Ultra 200 series desktop processors next month. These processors, which will transition to a BGA package, are destined to become the high-performance HX series for mobile platforms. It is anticipated that Intel will unveil these processors at next year's CES 2025, alongside the introduction of non-K series desktop products as well as the Arrow Lake-H series and other offerings.

Recently, @jaykihn0 shared a table detailing the specific frequencies for the Core Ultra 200 series desktop processors. He has now released a product specification sheet for the Arrow Lake-HX series processors, which includes information about core counts and specs.

According to the provided data, the flagship processor is the Core Ultra 9 285HX, featuring 8 performance cores (P-cores) plus 16 efficiency cores (E-cores). The base frequency is 2.8/2.1GHz, with a maximum turbo frequency of 5.5/4.6GHz. The all-core turbo frequency for P-cores is 5.2GHz, and the integrated GPU comprises 64 Execution Units (EUs) operating at 2.0GHz.

The Core Ultra 7 275HX, also with 8P+16E, has a slightly lower base frequency of 2.7/2.1GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.4/4.6GHz. The all-core turbo frequency for P-cores is 5.2GHz, and the integrated GPU also includes 64 EUs but at a frequency of 1.9GHz.

The Core Ultra 7 265HX features 8P+12E, a base frequency of 2.6/2.3GHz, and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.3/4.6GHz. The all-core turbo frequency for P-cores is 5.1GHz, and it includes 64 EUs with a frequency of 1.9GHz.

The Core Ultra 7 255HX, with 8P+12E, has a base frequency of 2.4/1.8GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.2/4.5GHz. The all-core turbo frequency for P-cores is 5.0GHz, with the integrated GPU featuring 64 EUs running at 1.9GHz.

The Core Ultra 5 245HX is equipped with 6P+8E, offering a base frequency of 3.1/2.6GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.1/4.5GHz. The all-core turbo frequency for P-cores is 5.0GHz, and it includes 48 EUs operating at 1.9GHz.

Finally, the Core Ultra 5 235HX, also 6P+8E, has a base frequency of 2.9/2.6GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.1/4.5GHz. The all-core turbo frequency for P-cores is 5.0GHz, with an integrated GPU consisting of 48 EUs at a frequency of 1.8GHz.

It remains uncertain whether the 275HX will be branded as Ultra 7 or Ultra 9, but the specifications are very similar. Notably, the two Core Ultra 5 models differ only in base and integrated GPU frequencies, while their turbo frequencies are identical.
